制作配料:低粉100克 高粉85克 蛋清35克 糖粉65克 黄油150克 杏仁粉20克
制作方法:
1、黄油先室温软化,软化到可以用手指轻松戳动就可以;

2、然后再向黄油里筛入65克糖粉,用刮刀翻拌均匀;

3、然后用电动打蛋器打发至黄油体积变大,颜色变浅的状态。再分次加入蛋清继续打发,直到黄油把蛋清完全吸收;

4、然后筛入低粉、高粉和杏仁粉;

5、然后拌均匀,拌至细腻无颗粒的状态;

7、挤出自己喜欢的花型就可以;

8、烤箱提前预热,先用上火190、下火185度烤大约10分钟,再转上火180,下火182烤大约15分钟;烤箱温度仅供参考;
